1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing and using the services provided by Dralingo (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including our online Mandarin courses, series, 3D animated vocabulary, video games, and virtual worlds exclusive to our students through our website, Roblox platforms, Discord for Class Management and Google Meet for video calls and classes, you (“you” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“T&C”). If you are a parent or guardian and you provide consent for your child to use our services, you agree to be bound by these T&C in respect to your child’s use.

2. Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these T&C at any time. Your continued use of our services after such changes will constitute your consent to the changes.

Services Description

3. Services Offered: Dralingo provides interactive online Mandarin learning through various digital platforms, including but not limited to our website, Roblox metaverses exclusive to our students, Discord for Class Management and Google Meet for video classes. Our services are designed to enhance language learning through immersive experiences, interactive lessons, and educational games.

4. Exclusive Virtual Worlds: Access to Dralingo’s Roblox metaverses is exclusive to enrolled students. These virtual environments are designed to complement our Mandarin courses by providing immersive language practice opportunities.

User Obligations

5. Compliance: You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and these T&C. You will not use the services for any unlawful purpose or in a way that is prohibited by these T&C.

6. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to notify Dralingo immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Intellectual Property

7. Content Ownership: All content provided through our services, including 3D models, video games, and course materials, is owned by Dralingo or its licensors. Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Attribution: When using third-party models or content, such as those from Sketchfab, Dralingo ensures proper attribution is given in accordance with the Creative Commons licenses or other applicable agreements.

Dispute Resolution

9. Governing Law: These T&C shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Arbitration: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these T&C shall be finally settled under the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce by one or more arbitrators appointed in accordance with said Rules.

Miscellaneous

11. Integration with Third-party Platforms: Our use of platforms like Google Meet, Discord and Roblox is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for any issues arising from the use of these third-party services.

12. Limitation of Liability: Dralingo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use our services.

13. Changes to Services: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the services (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

14. Refund Policy: Once payment is made, it is non-refundable. If a classroom does not reach the minimum of six students, parents will be informed and their payment will be retained until the class is formed.
